On the fate of Dubai, yes, time will tell of course, but I believe it has long been an oasis where many have found refuge and calm compared to the angst and anxiety of surrounding geographies. Dubai administration has been very creative and expected to continue course as is. Only competition, I believe comes from their bro's in the fast-changing Saudi Arabia.
